TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CK CLUB APPLICATION

These terms apply when you access and use the CK Club app.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THE CK CLUB APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY CEASE ACCESSING THE CK CLUB APP.

I. PRIVACY POLICY

By accessing the CK Club app, you agree to allow Red Circle Company Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related parties of Red Circle Company Limited (individually and collectively referred to as “CKVN” or “We”) to collect and process certain personal data and other information as described in our PRIVACY POLICY posted on the CK Club app.

CKVN acknowledges the responsibility for the security of personal information as well as the importance of maintaining the safety and privacy of Our app users.

CKVN ensures that all personal information you provide is stored securely in Our customer database, as described in our PRIVACY POLICY.

II. CONNECTION TO THE APP

1. ACCESS TO CK CLUB APP:

By entering Our CK Club, you must ensure that you are at least 18 years old, or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian. You must ensure full legal capacity when engaging in transactions that create rights and obligations for the parties under current Vietnamese law. We are not responsible for any transactions arising from failure to comply with these access conditions.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the content We provide without prior notice. Your access to Our app signifies your agreement to these terms.

Upon successful registration, you become a Silver member of the CK Club. You can check your membership level under “Membership Rank” in the “Profile” section.

2. LINKS TO CK GO WEBSITE:

Scope of application

These Terms of Use for the CK Club app apply when you access the CK Club app/CK GO website, are the owner of a CK Club/CK GO Account, and use the feature to purchase goods on the CK Club app/CK GO website, including any individual with legal capacity and any organization established and operating legally under Vietnamese law suitable to open an account and conduct transactions via the CK Club app/CK GO website.

Placing orders for goods

You place orders for goods as follows:

• Step 1: Select the store.
• Step 2: Select products to add to your cart.
• Step 3: Fill in recipient information (name, phone number, email).
• Step 4: Review your order, proceed to payment, and confirm related information (address, delivery fee, discount code, total order value).
• Step 5: Confirm the order

Payment methods

Customers are required to make 100% online payment using one of the following methods:

• Credit card
• Debit card
• Momo wallet
• ZaloPay
• ViettelPay

Delivery scope, time, and delivery fee

After successful order placement, the delivery partner will deliver the order to you.

Delivery scope: applicable in areas where CK GO services are available.

Note:

• For delivery to apartments/high-rise buildings/office buildings/commercial buildings/mixed-use buildings, delivery will be made at the building’s ground floor.
• In security-controlled/epidemiological control/restricted access areas, delivery arrangements will be renegotiated outside restricted areas, and delivery may be facilitated by security/epidemiological control/restricted access personnel in your area.

Delivery time: estimated 30 to 60 minutes under normal conditions. Delivery times may vary in special cases.

Delivery fee: displayed before you confirm payment for the order.

Returns and Exchanges

You are responsible for checking the goods (quantity, type, quality) upon receipt from the driver. In cases of incorrect quantity, type, or quality assurance, you may refuse the goods. When returning goods for these reasons, you incur no costs. CKVN reserves the right to refuse returns for other reasons.

When contacting us, provide your order number and order time for easier support.

III. PROHIBITED CONTENT:

Your use of the CK Club app must be for lawful purposes only and not in any of the following ways or purposes:

1. Any behavior that violates Vietnamese laws, regulations, or international laws.

2. Sending, receiving, uploading, downloading, using, or reusing any material that does not comply with our standards or deliberately distorts our information.

3. Transmitting any data, sending or uploading any materials containing viruses, Trojans, time bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any other harmful programs or computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any software or hardware.

4. Copying, sharing, selling, or transferring any part of CK Club contrary to these terms of use.

IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

CKVN is authorized to use and legally manage all intellectual property rights in this app, including logos, trademarks, etc.

You may not modify any materials you have printed or downloaded from this app in any way, nor may you use any images, videos, sounds, or any other content along with other content.

You may not use any part of the materials on Our app for commercial purposes without Our consent.

If you print, copy, or download any part of Our app in violation of these terms of use, your right to use our app will cease immediately, and you must return or destroy all copies of the materials you have created and compensate for all damages resulting from this violation to Us.
