TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

(Attached to Official Dispatch No. 10-2025/CIRCLE K dated 11/11/2025 of Red Circle Co., Ltd.)

1. Name of the promotion: “CHILLMAS 100% WIN PRIZE”

2. Products and services under promotion: As listed in the attched appendix

3. Promotion period: From 06:00 on 28/11/2025 to 23:59 on 25/12/2025

Promotion validity period: From 06:00 on 28/11/2025 to 23:59 on 25/12/2025

4. Promotional area: Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Nguyen, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, An Giang, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Bac Ninh, Nam Dinh, Nha Trang.

5. Form of promotion: Promotion involving chance-based rewards in the form of scratch cards determining prize results.

6. Eligible customers (beneficiaries): All individual consumer customers (owned by Red Circle Co., Ltd.) who purchase promotional products during the promotional period.
The promotion is not applicable to employees of Red Circle Co., Ltd.

8. Detailed Terms & Conditions

8.1. Conditions, methods, and procedures for customer participation

During the promotional period, customers must meet the following conditions:

Each eligible purchase receipt of 45,000 VND of products under Appendix 1 (excluding wine & liquor, cigarettes, and services) will receive 1 lucky card.

Each eligible purchase receipt of 45,000 VND that includes at least 1 product from Appendix 2 (excluding wine & liquor, cigarettes, and services) will receive 02 lucky cards.

Appendices 1 & 2 are attached to Official Dispatch No. 10-2025/CIRCLE K dated 11/11/2025 of Red Circle Co., Ltd.

The promotion is not applied cumulatively per receipt. Customer steps when making a purchase:

+ Step 1: Customer selects products totaling 45,000 VND (VAT included) from Appendix 1, or products totaling 45,000 VND (VAT included) with at least 1 item from Appendix 2 (excluding wine & liquor, cigarettes, and services), then proceeds to checkout at the store.

+ Step 2: Store staff scans products into the system. After successful payment, the customer receives a receipt. The receipt will display either a notice of 1 lucky card (Picture 1) or 2 lucky cards (Picture 2)

Example: A purchase totaling 45,000 VND that includes items from Appendix 1 and Appendix will receive a receipt displaying a notice of 2 lucky cards (Picture 2):

For each eligible receipt of 45,000 VND (VAT included) that includes products from the list in Appendix 1 (excluding wine & liquor, cigarettes, and services), the customer will receive 1 lucky card; or for each eligible receipt of 45,000 VND (VAT included) including at least 1 product from the list in Appendix 2 (excluding wine & liquor, cigarettes, and services), the customer will receive 2 lucky cards. The promotion does not apply cumulatively within the same receipt.

+ Step 3: Immediately after payment, the customer checks the number of lucky cards printed on the receipt (Picture 1 & 2) and receives the corresponding number of lucky cards directly from store staff.

– No limit on number of products or lucky cards per customer throughout the promotion.

Last day to participate by purchasing products: 23:59’ on 25/12/2025.

8.2. Timeframe and method of issuing evidence of winning

– Period for issuing evidence of winning (the time customers receive the lucky cards): From 06:00’ on 28/11/2025 to 00:02’ on 26/12/2025.

– Within a maximum of 2 minutes after the customer successfully completes the payment, the customer will receive a receipt showing the number of lucky cards they are entitled to (similar to Picture 1 & Picture 2 in section 8.1) and the corresponding number of lucky cards stated on the receipt

– Each lucky card can win only one (01) prize.

– No limit on number of products or lucky cards per customer throughout the promotion.

8.3. Regulations regarding evidence of winning

Winning evidence is the information revealed on the lucky card:

First, Second, Third Prize: After scratching, lucky card displays “Chúc mừng bạn đã trúng giải. Mã trúng thưởng của bạn là: (10-character alphanumeric code in uppercase)” as Picture 6

Consolation Prize: After scratching, card displays “Chúc mừng bạn đã trúng giải khuyến khích. Mã trúng thưởng của bạn là: (barcode + 7-digit numeric string)” as Picture 5

– Notes:

• • Lucky cards must remain intact, not erased, torn, or altered
  • The “Do not scratch” area must be intact and unblemished
  • Damaged or unreadable cards are invalid
  • Each card is valid for only one prize
  • Cards must be issued by Red Circle Co., Ltd.

– Total number of lucky cards expected to be issued during the promotion period: 639,298 cards. Red Circle Co., Ltd. commits that all customers who make transactions meeting the promotion conditions will receive additional lucky cards in case the number of lucky cards exceeds the estimate, providing extra gifts to customers and registering the promotion adjustment in accordance with the law.

8.4. Timeframe and method of determining winners

Eligible customers who receive a lucky card will win one of the promotion’s prizes.

– Promotion participation period: From 06:00’ on 28/11/2025 to 23:59’ on 25/12/2025

– Period for issuing proof of winning (i.e., when customers receive the lucky card): From 06:00’ on 28/11/2025 to 00:02’ on 26/12/2025

– Deadline for customers to enter theirr information on the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn to claim the prize: From 06:00’ on 28/11/2025 to 23:59’ on 01/01/2026

– The final time for the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn to confirm winning information (i.e., the time the website returns the winning result) is within 2 minutes from the time of information confirmation (00:01’ on 02/01/2026)

– Customers may proactively contact the hotline 1900 3110 (fee: 1,000 VND/minute) to report their winning status, agree on the method and location of prize delivery, and provide related information (full name, phone number, Citizen Identity Card or Passport number, tax code, address) for verification when receiving the prize, no later than 23:59’ on 08/01/2026.

– For customers who do not contact the company, Red Circle Co., Ltd. will contact winning customers from the phone number 19003110 to the phone number provided by the customer on the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn to notify them of their prize; agree on the method of prize delivery, and collect related information (full name, Citizen Identity Card or Passport number, tax code, address) for verification when receiving the prize, within 5 working days from 08/01/2026, until 23:59 on 15/01/ 2026.

– Method of determining winners: Customers who receive a lucky card after making a valid purchase invoice must follow the steps below to determine whether they have won:

Red Circle Co., Ltd. will continuously update the remaining number of prizes on the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn (Picture 7) so that customers can clearly understand the prize structure and the remaining prize types before participating in the promotion. Each time customers want to check the remaining number of prizes, they simply need to visit the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn (Picture 7), and the system will display the remaining number of prizes, as illustrated below:

+ Step 2: Customers scratch off the silver coating on the lucky card to determine the prize won, as shown in Picture 4:

+ Step 3: For the First, Second, and Third Prizes, after scratching off the silver coating on the lucky card, the message “Chúc mừng bạn đã trúng giải. Mã trúng thưởng của bạn là “CVDELA332G” will appear, as shown in Picture 6.

Note: This is an illustrative image; the actual prize code customers receive will vary.

Customers visit the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn, enter the winning code shown above, and click “Submit” to determine the type of prize won (Picture 8). Within a maximum of 2 minutes, the prize result screen will appear: whichever prize image is displayed on the screen is the prize the customer has won.

– For customers who win the First Prize, the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn will display the winning notification as follows:

– Customers who win the First Prize will proceed to fill in their contact information so that Red Circle Co., Ltd. can verify and contact them for prize delivery, as shown in Picture 10 below:

After the customer clicks “SUBMIT” the system will display a confirmation screen recording the customer’s information within 1 minute.

– For customers who win the Consolation Prize, after scratching off the silver coating on the lucky card, a QR code and usage instructions will appear with the message: “Chúc mừng bạn đã trúng giải khuyến khích. Mã QR trúng thưởng của bạn là:” as shown in Picture 5. Customers present the QR code directly to store staff at any Circle K store in Vietnam to redeem their prize:

Note: Customers are responsible for saving a screenshot of the winning notification to claim the prize later.

8.5. Prize Notification
For the First, Second, and Third Prizes, after scratching off the silver coating, the prize code on the lucky card is a 10-character random sequence including uppercase letters and numbers (Picture 6). Customers visit the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn, enter the code displayed after scratching off the silver coating along with the required information as shown in the image below, and click “Submit” to determine the prize. Within a maximum of 2 minutes after clicking “Submit” the system will display a detailed prize notification screen as illustrated in Section 8.4.

+ For the First Prize, after confirming the winning status on the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn

– Customers who win the First Prize will proceed to fill in their contact information so that Red Circle Co., Ltd. can verify and contact them for prize delivery:

Customers should keep the lucky card and the winning notification image from the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn and may proactively contact the hotline 1900 3110 (fee: 1,000 VND/minute) to report their prize, agree on the method and location of prize delivery, and provide related information (full name, phone number, Citizen Identity Card or Passport number, tax code, address) for verification when claiming the prize, no later than 23:59’ on 08/01/2026.

+ For customers who do not contact the company, Red Circle Co., Ltd. will reach out to winners from the phone number 19003110 to the phone number provided by the customer on the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn to notify them of the prize; agree on the method of prize delivery and collect related information (full name, Citizen Identity Card or Passport number, tax code, address) for verification when claiming the prize, within 5 working days from 08/01/2026, until 23:59’ on 15/01/ 2026.

+ If the company is unable to contact the customer after these 5 working days, it will continue to contact the customer from the phone number 1900 3110 once per day to the phone number provided on the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn until 23:59’ on 22/01/2026.

+ For the Second Prize (Picture 12 & 13), Third Prize (Picture 14, 15, 16, 17 & 18), and Consolation Prize (Picture 5), winning customers who meet the conditions may redeem their prize at any Circle K store in Vietnam. Customers only need to show the screenshot or lucky card (for the Consolation Prize) displaying the winning notification to store staff to receive their prize (Not applicable for wine & liquor, cigarettes, and services). Validity period: From 28/11/2025 to 01/01/ 2026 (7 days after the promotion ends).

8.6. Time, location, method, and procedure for prize delivery

– Prize delivery time: The final deadline for Red Circle Co., Ltd. to deliver prizes to winning customers shall not exceed 45 days from 25/12/2025.

– Prize delivery location: After confirming the winning customers, Red Circle Co., Ltd. will contact them from the phone number 1900 3110 to agree on the method of prize delivery and the deadline for customers to contact the customer service department for verification and prize collection.

– First Prize will be awarded directly to the customer at the office of Red Circle Co., Ltd. (Address: Ho Chi Minh City office: 14th Floor, Mapletree Building, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh, Ho Chi Minh City; Hanoi office: 4th Floor, TVL Building, 153 Doi Can, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi). Second Prize, Third Prize, and Consolation Prizes will be applicable at all Circle K stores in Vietnam. If a winning customer resides in another province and cannot attend the prize delivery at the two office locations, the prize will be sent via postal service at the expense of Red Circle Co., Ltd.

– Method and procedure for prize delivery:

+ Direct prize collection (applies to First Prize): At the delivery location (Red Circle Co., Ltd. office in Ho Chi Minh City: 14th Floor, Mapletree Building, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh, Ho Chi Minh City, or office in Hanoi: 4th Floor, TVL Building, 153 Doi Can, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi), winning customers must present their Citizen Identity Card or Passport, lucky card, or lucky card image for the First Prize to the company’s prize delivery staff.

+ Prize collection at stores: Applies to Second Prize, Third Prize (Picture 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 & 18), and Consolation Prize (Picture 5) by presenting the winning QR code from the website topbrands.circlek.com.vn or the lucky card to receive the corresponding prize.

– For Second Prize, Third Prize, and Consolation Prize, winning customers who meet the conditions can redeem prizes at any Circle K store in Vietnam. Customers only need to show a screenshot or lucky card (for Consolation Prize) displaying the winning notification to store staff to receive the prize (Not applicable for wine & liquor, cigarettes, and services). Validity period: 28/11/2025 – 01/01/2026 (7 days after the promotion ends).

10. Responsibility for information disclosure

– Red Circle Co., Ltd. is responsible for publicly announcing the detailed contents of the promotion rules and the winning results on the company website: https://www.circlek.com.vn/vi/ during the promotion period.

11. Other regulations

– In the event of disputes or complaints related to this promotion, Red Circle Co., Ltd. will directly resolve with the customer. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled according to Vietnamese law.

– Red Circle Co., Ltd. reserves the right to use the name and image of winning customers for publicity or promotion in the company’s media without paying any additional fees. Winning customers may be asked to sign an Image Usage Agreement if they agree to such use.

– Red Circle Co., Ltd. is responsible for paying non-regular personal income tax on behalf of customers and completing relevant tax reporting procedures.

– Red Circle Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse prizes to any customer providing invalid, incomplete, or non-compliant information or violating any terms and conditions of the promotion. Any case of fraud, forgery of lucky cards, misuse, or detected cheating will be invalidated, even if the prize has already been received.

– After the promotion ends, Red Circle Co., Ltd. is responsible for reporting the promotion results in accordance with current legal regulations regarding reporting deadlines, required documents, and accompanying papers.

– For prizes without winners, Red Circle Co., Ltd. is responsible for contributing 50% of the announced prize value to the government budget.
