8.1. Specific conditions, methods and procedures that customers must follow to participate in the promotion

During the promotion period, to participate in the promotion, customers need to meet 2 conditions at the same time:

Firstly: Customers must be registered as members of CK Club (including previously registered customers and customers registered at the promotion period).

How to register a CK club account with customers who have not registered a CK Club account

Step 1: Download CK Club

-Customers participating in the promotion go to the App Store or Google Play download CK Club app (owned by Red Circle Company Limited) at the address below:

Step 2: Register a CK Club account with your phone number

For customers who have registered a CK Club account

– Customers participating in the promotion open CK Club on the device used to register an account, CK Club is automatically logged into the previously registered customer account, then click “My ID” the system will display the screen as shown in Figure 4 to scan the code to join the promotion.

– In case the customer opens CK Club on a device other than the one used to register the previous account, the customer will have to repeat step 2 above, enter the registered phone number, enter the OTP code to enter CK Club, then click “My ID” the system will display the screen as shown in Figure 4,  Proceed to scan the code for participation in the promotion.

Methods and procedures for participating:

– Customers who purchase a sufficient quantity of promotional goods as prescribed by the promotion, when making payment, should follow the steps as follows:

+ Step 1: Customers open CK Club, click My ID (screen displayed as shown in Figure 4) and give the customer code (QR code) along with the products the customer buys to the store staff where the customer buys to pay for the order.

+ Step 2: Store staff scan the customer code (QR code) and scan the products customers buy into the system. After the customer successfully pays, within a maximum of 01 minute, the customer will receive a spin in the “Promos” section on CK Club, the screen displays 1 play as follows:

– Each image showing the play as shown in Figure 5 appears in the “Promos” section of CK Club corresponding to 1 play turn. The total number of images as shown in Figure 5 in the “Promos” section corresponds to the total number of eligible play turn.

– There is no limit to the number of products customers buy and play turn during the promotion period.

– The play turn will expire and disappear from the “Promos” section of CK Club within a maximum of 01 hour from the time the customer play.

8.2. Time and method of issuance of proof of winning determination

– Play turn will be sent to customers from 00:00′ on 01/04/2024 to 00:59′ on 01/05/2024

– The system software will automatically generate play turn for customers when customers scan CK Club and buy at least 2 products in the list of products participating the promotion (specified in section 2). The game will be displayed in the “Promos” section of customers on CK Club screen.

– In the “Promos” section, the number of play turn will appear as Figure 5 (customers only have 1 play) or Figure 6 (customers have 2 or more plays). The customer pulls down the screen to see his total number of remaining plays. The number of pictures corresponds to the number of customer play turn.

– Each turn can only win 01 prize.

8.3. Regulations on proof of winning

The proof of winning is the screen shown below. When the customer clicks on the “PLAY NOW!” box on the app; After 5 seconds, CK Club screen will appear a spinning screen consisting of 3 boxes (containing prize images in each box), the customer taps the “PLAY NOW!” on the screen to determine the random prize out of the total number of prizes remaining at the time the customer participates in the game.

– After the customer clicks the “PLAY NOW!” button, up to 1 minute the screen will display the result: 3 boxes on the screen together display the image of the prize, the customer will win that prize.

– Total number of games planned to be released during the promotional period: 7,158. Red Circle Co., Ltd. commits that all customers who have incurred transactions that meet the promotion conditions will receive additional plays in case the number of plays exceeds the estimate, add gifts to customers and apply for additional adjustments to the promotion according to law.

8.4. Time, place and manner of determination of winners

– Red Circle Co., Ltd. determines random winnings for customers by chance on CK Club developed by the Company based on the number of games generated on the system during the promotion period. Customers who are eligible to receive a play will win one of the prizes.

– Winning time: From 00:00′ on 01/04/2024 to 12:00′ on 01/05/2024

– Winning location: on CK Club.

– How to determine the prize: Customers who receive the promotion’s play turn will follow the steps as follows to be self-drawn:

+ Step 1: Customers open CK Club, go to the “Promos”; The “Promos” screen on CK Club will display the customer’s play turn as shown below. Each shape has the word “PLAY NOW!” corresponding to one as shown in Figure 5 or multiple play turn as shown in Figure 6.

Red Circle Co., Ltd. will continuously update the remaining number of prizes in the “Home” section on CK Club to let customers know about the prize structure, the remaining prize type before the time customers attend the promotion. + Step 2: Click on the “PLAY NOW!” box in the game on the app (like Figure 5 or Figure 6); after 5 seconds, CK Club screen will appear to determine the winning prize (Figure 7).

+ Step 3: Customers click on the word ” PLAY NOW!”, the screen will work to determine the random winners of the remaining prizes at the time of the customer’s playing. Up to 1 minute the screen will display the result: 3 boxes on the screen together display the image of the prize, the customer will win that prize. As soon as the customer receives the notification of the result in 3 boxes on the screen, up to 1 minute maximum, the app will appear 1 of the following notifications:

– The deadline for customers to win their own prizes is 12:00 am on May 1, 2024

– Red Circle Co., Ltd. is responsible for continuously updating the number of prizes including prize structure and remaining prize types in the section “Home” (figure 8, figure 9) of CK Club so that customers are aware before buying promotional goods and participating in the promotion.

8.5. Notification of winning prizes

Customers will receive the winning notification screen within a maximum of 2 minutes after playing in the “Gifts” section on CK Club (as shown in Figure 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 in section 8.4). Customers can also check the winning notifications in the “Gifts” section.

For Grand Prizes, First Prizes, Second Prizes:

+ Customers will receive winning notifications directly on CK Club app. The content of the winning announcement for all winning customers is as follows:

+ After determining the winner, customers can actively contact the hotline number 1900 3110 (cost: 1,000 VND/minute) to notify the winner, agree on how and where to award the prize and provide relevant information (full name, Citizen identity card number or Passport, address) for verification when receiving the prize,  within 05 days (including Saturday, Sunday) from the date of determination of winning prizes.

+ For customers who do not contact, Red Circle Co., Ltd. will contact the winning customer from the phone number 19003110 to the phone number of the customer registered for CK Club account to inform about the winning; agree on the method of awarding the prize to collect relevant information (full name, Citizen identity card number or Passport, address) for verification when receiving the prize, within 10 days (including Saturday, Sunday) from the date of determination of the winner.

+ In case after 10 days (including Saturday, Sunday) the company cannot contact the customer, in the next 05 days (including Saturday, Sunday) the company continues to contact from the phone number 1900 3110 to notify the customer every day 01 time to the phone number of the customer registered for CK Club account. At the end of this time, if it is impossible to contact winner, the prize is considered to have no winner and be handled in accordance with current laws.

For Consolation Prizes: Customers will receive winning notifications directly on CK Club. The content of the winning announcement for all winning customers is as follows:

+ Customers can check the winning announcements in the “Gifts” section and directly redeem gifts at Circle K stores.

8.6. Time, place, manner and procedures for awarding prizes:

– Award period: The deadline for Red Circle Co., Ltd. to award prizes to winning customers shall not exceed 45 days from April 30, 2024.

– Prize awarding location: After identifying the winning customer, Red Circle Co., Ltd. contacts the winning customer from the phone number 1900 3110 to agree on the method of awarding, the place and time limit for the customer to contact customer care to verify and receive the prize.

– For Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize: will be awarded by postal delivery. The Company sends gifts by delivery service to the winning customer’s registered address, specifically: Within 05 (including Saturday, Sunday) from the time the Customer provides enough relevant information (full name, identity card  number or Passport, address) for verification when receiving the prize,  Red Circle Co., Ltd. will deliver gifts to customers. The delivery time is 5 to 7 days (including Saturday, Sunday). Clients who did not receive the prize should contact Red Circle Company Limited before 30/05/24. Phone: 1900 3110 (contact fee: 1,000 VND/minute) from 07h00 to 22h00 every day of the week or Facebook Fanpage Circle K Vietnam (link access: https://www.facebook.com/CircleKVietnam) for the company to check.

When receiving the prize, the client must provide a Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or Passport that matches the information provided by the customer to verify receipt of the prize. In case the family member receives the prize, a photocopy of the document must be provided to prove the relationship with the winner such as: a copy of the household registration book, a copy of the Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) or the passport of the replacement recipient; sign the winning confirmation form, the award record and provide full information: Full name, Citizen Identification Card number.

– For the Third Prize: customers will receive gifts in the form of E-code (number sequence) sent via the phone number registered for CK Club of the customer. Every Tuesday (from the 2nd week after the promotion starts), the company will compile the list of winners of the Third Prize as of 23:59′ the previous day and send E-code (number sequence) to the winning customers from 10:00 to 17:00 daily (every Wednesday to Friday). The message will be sent from the 19003110 number and as follows:

“Congratulations!! You are one of the lucky customers who won the Third Prize of 1 CGV E-voucher worth VND 200,000. Voucher code: xxxx. Please share and actively participate in Circle K’s promotion more. For more information, please contact 19003110 hotline for support. Thank you.”

– For Consolation Prize: Receive gifts directly on CK Club app (Figure 20) by using the confirmation image of the winner in the “Gifts” section to receive the corresponding gift.

Customers receive gifts by opening CK Club, going to the “Gifts” section to check the winning confirmation image, get products that meet the conditions applicable at all Circle K stores in the territory of Vietnam. Store staff will scan the customer code and scan the product, customers will be deducted VND 10,000 directly on the purchase invoice. Shelf life: 7 days from the date received by customer.

10. Responsibility to disclose information

Red Circle Co., Ltd. is responsible for publicly announcing the details of the promotion rules, winning results on the company’s website as https://www.circlek.com.vn/vi/ during the promotion period.

11. Miscellaneous

– In case of disputes and complaints related to this promotion, Red Circle Co., Ltd. directly settles with customers. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with Vietnamese law.

– Red Circle Co., Ltd. reserves the right to use the name and image of the winning Client for communication purposes or promotion on the mass media of Red Circle Co., Ltd. when the need arises without paying any additional costs to the winning Customer. The winning Client will be required to sign the Image Use Agreement in case the Client agrees to Red Circle Company Limited this use.

– Red Circle Company Limited reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to any Client who provides invalid, incomplete information and/or violates any of the terms and conditions stated in this promotion. In addition, any cheating play (game hacking …) or test with cheating results will not be recognized, even after the winner has received the prize.

– After the end of the promotion, Red Circle Co., Ltd. is responsible for reporting the results of the above promotion in accordance with the current law on the reporting deadline, accompanying documents.

– For prizes without winners, Red Circle Company Limited must be responsible for deducting 50% of the declared value of such prize into the state budget.
