I. “500+ Circle K Stores – Stamps & Party” stamp collection program information

1. Ticket collection period: From 06:00 AM, June 1, 2025, to 11:59 PM, June 30, 2025, or until tickets are sold out, whichever comes first.

2. Applicable scope: At all Circle K convenience stores nationwide.

3. Eligible participants: All customers who purchase eligible products, collect stamps, and redeem tickets through valid methods.

4. Detailed program rules:

4.1. Conditions, methods, and procedures required for participation:

During the program period, customers who make a purchase of 59,000 VND or more, including at least one product from participating brands listed at https://bit.ly/3Za098F, will receive 1 stamp on the CK Club app.

• Customers can collect stamps and redeem tickets according to the following tiers on the CK Club app:

• On the 25th stamp, one VIP ticket will be automatically sent to the “Your Gifts” section in the app.
• If the highest tier is out of stock, the system will automatically downgrade to the next available tier.

4.2. Valid receipt conditions:

• Receipt must be from a purchase of 59,000 VND or more excluding alcoholic beverages above 15% ABV, cigarettes and service payments
• Products priced below 10,000 VND are not eligible.
• Promotional gifts from other stamp collection campaigns (e.g. a free coffee from the “PhaPhin Cafe – Collect 5 stamps for 1 free drink” program) are not counted.

4.3. Concert ticket usage rules:

• Tickets must be redeemed through the stamp collection program on the CK Club app.
• Only tickets properly redeemed via the app and unused are considered valid.
• Attendees must present the electronic ticket (or QR code) at the event entrance.
• Each QR code is valid for one-person, one-time use only.
• Only the first person to check in with a QR code will be admitted. Duplicate check-ins will be denied entry.
• The Organizing Committee (OC) is not responsible for lost or publicly shared tickets or unauthorized use by third parties.
• Redeemed tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The OC reserves the right to deny service or remove any attendee violating the rules or causing disturbances.
• Participation implies agreement with the terms and conditions published on circlek.com.vn.
• Follow Circle K Vietnam’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CircleKVietnam for check-in schedules and guidelines.
• Arrive early to ensure the best experience and convenient seating.
• The OC may change the time, location, or content of the event without prior notice in majeure situations or to ensure attendee safety.
• Children under 14 years old are not allowed. Attendees aged 14–17 must show ID and be accompanied by a guardian over 21 years old.
• In all cases, the OC’s decisions are final.

II. Regulations for the “500+ Circle K Stores – The First & The Pioneer” concert

1. By participating, you agree to comply with the Event Participation Regulations posted on Circle K Vietnam’s official fanpage.
2. The event is not open to guests under 14 years old. Those aged 14 to under 18 must bring ID and be accompanied by a guardian over 21 years old.
3. Pregnant women and individuals with health conditions should carefully consider participation. The OC is not responsible for any health issues.
4. Each ticket/QR code is valid for one attendee only. Children and minors are not allowed to accompany ticket holders without their own ticket.
5. Attendees must safeguard their ticket QR code. The OC will only admit the first person to check in with each code.
6. All attendees will undergo security checks before entering the event zone.
7. The OC has the right to verify age through ID and may deny entry without refund for any rule violations.
8. The OC may expel violators from the event area. Professional filming/photography/live-streaming using GoPro, detachable-lens cameras, or any recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
9. By attending, participants agree to allow use of their image/audio/video recordings for promotional and commercial purposes by the OC.
10. No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the event.
11. Alcohol consumption is prohibited for individuals under 18.
12. The OC reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or suspend the event in case of bad weather or emergencies beyond control. Compensation plans will be determined by the OC.
13. Complaints about tickets must be submitted before check-in closes. Any complaint after that will not be resolved.
14. Attendees must strictly follow the OC’s rules and security instructions. Anyone causing chaos, entering restricted zones, using banned substances, or behaving disruptively will be removed or dealt with by authorities.
15. Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety, including weather conditions and travel risks before, during, and after the event.
16. By attending, participants authorize the OC staff, contractors, or medical personnel to assist with emergency care and agree to bear any related costs (transportation, hospitalization, medication, surgery, etc.).
17. Damaging, stealing, or vandalizing any property within the event premises is strictly prohibited.
18. Attendees should follow further regulations and check the list of prohibited items displayed at the venue.
19. In all cases, the OC’s decision is final.

III. Other provisions

• Circle K reserves the final decision in all cases.
• Circle K may change the event’s time, location, terms, and conditions by publishing updates on https://www.circlek.com.vn/ and Facebook.
• Circle K is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during participation in the “500+ Circle K Stores – Stamps & Party” program and the “500+ Circle K Stores – The First & The Pioneer” concert, except as required by law.
• Circle K reserves the right to deny participation to any customer who provides invalid, unclear, or incomplete information, or who violates any term or condition of the program.
