Job Purpose:

• Support store operations and office level users on all IT related daily issues.
• Setup, maintain IT software and hardware and fix issues related for store operations, such as POS, wifi, HHT, printer, email, tablet/laptop, scanner, cash drawer, EDC, etc.

Job accountabilities:

• Provide ad-hoc maintenance services on IT related equipment for stores and office whenever necessary
• Work with external supplier to fix problems related to IT system at stores and office, such as Internet, Network Printers, CCTV, PC, laptop, Windows OS, MS office, and virus scanning, etc.
• Work with suppliers for special maintenance / treatment / fine tuning on IT equipment when necessary
• Manage, monitor, predict and handle all IT issues/requests in stores group assigned by IT Services Managers.
• Mentor, arrange/assign tasks for Technical Support Assistant(s) in assign group(s).
• Communicate and work with suppliers for new requirement and supporting
• Execute ad hoc tasks as requested by IT Managers.
• Ensure all POS h/w system and database can be run smoothly and assure data synchronize between head office and stores
• Ensure essential database be backed up timely and accurately ➢ Provide basic technical monitoring analysis / reports
• Work with System team to ensure all in-house developed applications can be launched successfully at all levels  

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in IT Technology / Computer Science
• Minimum 03 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge about network, TCP/IP
• Good knowledge about MS Windows & Office is a must
• Knowledge about business process: sale, inventory and accounting is an advantage
• Knowledge or experience in POS system is an advantage
• Able to develop report by Crystal report or other tools is an advantage
• Good spoken and written English skills is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, and work with positive attitude
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Have the flexibility to work overtime and overnight/ in other provinces (business trip) if necessary.
