How to register a CK Club account with customers who have not registered a CK Club account

Step 1: Download the CK Club app

• Customers participating in the program to the App store or Google Play proceed to download the CK Club application (Owned by Red Circle company) at the address below:

Customers participating in the program proceed to open the CK Club application on the device used to register an account, the CK Club application is automatically logged into the previously registered customer account, then click “My ID” the system will display the screen as shown in Figure 4 to scan the code to participate in the program.

Second: When buying any 3 Monster or Thums Up Charged products at Circle K stores nationwide, you will immediately receive 01 lucky 100% winning spin on the CK Club app in the “Promotions” section as shown.

1. Methods and procedures for participating:

– Customers who purchase a sufficient quantity of promotional goods as prescribed by the program, when making payment, should follow the following steps:

+ Step 1: Open the CK Club app;

+ Step 2: Click on Home (screen displayed as shown in Figure 3 above);

+ Step 3: Click My ID (Screen displayed as shown in Figure 4 above) and give the customer code (QR code) to the store staff when paying for the order;

• After successful payment, within a maximum of 1 hour, customers will receive spins in the “Promotions” section on the CK Club app to participate in the lucky wheel program, the screen displays 1 spin as follows (The spin is the picture of “Super deal energy- Super gift hunting ” with the word “SPIN NOW”):

• For every 3 promotional products that are paid validly, customers will receive 01 spin. Customers will accumulate spins when buying many promotional products on 01 or more different invoices. There is no limit to the number of spins during the show period.
• Each image showing the spin as shown in Figure 5 appears in the “Promos” section of the CK Club app within a maximum of 01 hour from the time the customer makes the drawing.

1. Time and method of issuance of proof of winning determination:

• The system software will automatically generate spins for customers when the purchase invoice of CK Club customers meets the conditions of the program.
• Within a maximum of 1 hour from the moment the customer completes the payment of the eligible order, the system will display the spin in the customer’s “Promos” section on the CK Club application screen.
• In the “Promos” section, the number of spins will appear as shown in Figure 6 (customers only have 1 spin) or Figure 7 (customers have 2 or more turns). The customer pulls down the screen to see their total number of remaining spins. The number of pictures corresponds to the number of customer spins.
• The winning lottery draw will end earlier than the originally scheduled time if the registered gifts of the promotion run out.
• Each spin can only win 01 prize.

1. Regulations on proof of winning prizes:

• The proof of winning is the spin as shown below. When the customer clicks on the “SPIN NOW” box during the spin on the app; After 5 seconds, the CK Club app screen will display the winning spin. The spin consists of 6 boxes (containing 4 types of prizes), the customer touches any position on the wheel, the spin will spin to determine the random winner of the total number of prizes remaining at the time the customer participates in the drawing.
• After the customer touches any position on the wheel, up to a maximum of 01 minute, the rotation will stop. If the box containing the prize stops at the black arrow, the customer will win that prize.

8.4 Time, place and manner of determination of winners:

– Coca-Cola Beverage Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Red Circle Co., Ltd. determine random winnings for customers by lottery software on the CK Club application developed by Red Circle Co., Ltd. based on the number of spins generated on the system during the promotion period. Customers who are eligible to conduct the draw will win one of the prizes.

– Winning location: Do it on the CK Club app.

– How to determine the winners: Customers who receive the prize spins will follow the steps as follows to be self-drawn:

+ Step 1: Customers open the CK Club application, go to the Promotions page; The “Promos” screen on the CK Club app will display the prize image, prize structure, remaining prize types and customer spins as below. Each picture has the word “SPIN NOW” corresponding to 01 spin.

Red Circle Co., Ltd. will continuously update the number of remaining prizes in the “Promotions” section on the CK Club application to let customers know about the prize structure, the remaining prize type before the time customers attend the promotion. Each time the client wants to check the remaining prize quantity, just access the CK Club app, the system will display the remaining prize quantity as shown above.

+ Step 2: Click on the “SPIN NOW” box in the spin on the app (as shown in Figure 6 or 7 above); After 5 seconds (or possibly longer, depending on the user’s Internet connection), the CK Club application screen will appear to determine the winning wheel.

+ Step 3: The customer touches any position on the wheel, the spin will spin to determine the random winner of the total number of prizes remaining at the time the customer participates in the drawing.

After the customer touches any position on the wheel, up to a maximum of 01 minute, the rotation will stop. If the box containing the prize stops at the black arrow, the customer will win that prize. To announce the results, the application screen will appear one of the following messages:

– Customers will receive the winning notification screen within a maximum of 1 minute after making the draw in the “Gifts” section on the CK Club app (as shown in Figure 10, 11, 12, 13 section 8.4). Customers can also check the winning notifications in the “Gifts” section.

For Grand Prizes

+ Customers will receive winning notifications directly on CK Club application. The content of the winning announcement for all winning customers is as follows:

– Customers win a Yamaha PG-1 motorcycle when the screen shows the winning results as follows:

+ After determining the winning prize, customers can actively contact the Hotline number 19003110 the notification of the prize, agree on the method of awarding the prize and provide relevant information (Full name, CCCD number or passport, address, personal tax code) to verify when receiving the prize,  within 5 working days from the date of determination of the winner.

+ For customers who do not contact, Red Circle Co., Ltd will contact the winning customer from 19003110 phone number to the phone number of the customer registered for CK Club account to inform about the winning; agree on the method of awarding the prize, collect relevant information (Full name,  CCCD number or passport, address, personal tax identification number) for verification upon receipt of the prize, within 10 working days from the date of determination of the winner.

+ In case after 10 working days on Red Circle Co., Ltd cannot contact the customer, in the next 05 working days, the company continues to contact from the phone number 19003110 notify the customer once a day to the phone number registered for CK Club account. At the end of this time, the prize customer cannot be contacted, which is considered to have no winner and handled in accordance with current laws.

For First Prize

+ Customers will receive winning notifications directly on CK Club application. The content of the winning announcement for all winning customers is as follows:

For Second and Consolation Prizes

+ Customers will receive a live winning notification within a maximum of 1 minute from the time they touch any position on the wheel at CK Club app. The content of the winning announcement for all winning customers is as follows:

+ Customers can check the winning announcements in the “Gifts” section and directly redeem gifts at Circle K store where customers buy.

1. Time, place, method and procedure for awarding prizes:

– Prize awarding location: after identifying the winning customer,  Red Circle Co., Ltd shall contact the winning customer to agree on the method and time of awarding the prize. The Special Prize will be awarded at the supermarket where the winning customer buys. The first prize will be awarded at home to customers. The second prize will be shown directly on the CK Club app and redeemed directly at Circle K stores within 7 days from the date of receiving the winning notification. The consolation prize will be shown directly on the CK Club app and redeemed directly at Circle K stores within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the prize.

– How to award prizes:

+ For the Grand Prize: award prizes directly at the winning customers for special prizes: Yamaha PG-1 motorcycle. When receiving a reward, the client must provide a personal ID or passport that matches the information provided by the client to verify the prize. Sign the award receipt form, allow to take photos to receive the prize, provide personal tax identification numbers and pay income tax irregularly as prescribed by law.

+ For the first prize: Employees of Red Circle Co., Ltd will award prizes directly at the home of the winning customer according to the customer’s registered information for the first prize: Garmin Forerunner 55 Smart Watch. When receiving a reward, the client must provide a personal ID or passport that matches the information provided by the client to verify the prize. Sign the award receipt form, allowing to take photos to receive the prize.

+ For the Second Prize: Customers receive by opening the CK Club application, going to the “Gifts” section to check the winning confirmation image. Pick up the corresponding product at all Circle K stores within Vietnam. Store staff will scan the customer code and scan the product then give it to the customer. Validity: 7 days from the date the client receives the bonus.

+ For consolation prizes: Customers receive by opening the CK Club application, going to the “Gifts” section to check the winning confirmation image, get products that meet the applicable conditions (Coca-Cola Beverage Vietnam products: Dasani, Aquarius, Coca-Cola, Fanta, Fuzetea+, Georgia, Monster, Nutriboost, Sprite, Teppy, Thums Up Charged, Schweppers) at all Circle K stores in Vietnam. Store staff will scan the customer code and scan the product. Customers will be deducted VND 10,000 directly on the purchase invoice. Validity: 7 days from the date the client receives the bonus. If the total value of eligible products in the customer’s order is higher than 10,000 VND, the customer will be deducted 10,000 VND. If the total value of eligible products in the customer’s order is less than 10,000 VND, the customer will be deducted an amount equal to the total value of the eligible product.

– Time limit for awarding: Within 45 days from the end of the promotion.

– Liability of winning customers for expenses incurred when receiving prizes, irregular income tax: Customers are responsible for paying irregular income tax (if any) in accordance with the provisions of law,  the representative company collects and pays this fee.

11. Other provisions:

– In case of disputes and complaints related to this promotion, Red Circle Co., Ltd. directly settles with customers. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with Vietnamese law.

– Red Circle Co., Ltd. reserves the right to use the name and image of the winning Client for communication purposes or promotion on the mass media of Red Circle Co., Ltd. when the need arises without paying any additional costs to the winning Customer. The winning Client will be required to sign the Image Use Agreement in case the Client agrees to Red Circle Company Limited this use.

– Red Circle Company Limited reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to any Client who provides invalid, incomplete information and/or violates any of the terms and conditions stated in this promotion. In addition, any cheating play (game hacking …) or test with cheating results will not be recognized, even after the winner has received the prize.
