I. Job summary

Responsible for planning, controlling and executing operational audit activities at the stores to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency of operation and compliance with procedure of company.

II. Job accountabilities

• Build the effective schedule and plan of internal audit for operation at the stores.
• Conduct audit for operations at the stores.
• Responsible and report on the audit results.
• Evaluate and provide consultancy and constructive feedback on policies and procedures of operations at the stores.
• Follow up and make sure all issues identified during internal audit are resolved within the deadline.
• Maintain an effective working paper files.
• Develop and update the audit program for operation at the stores.
• Work with Internal Audit Manager to build or update the audit procedure
• Perform other duties as assigned by Internal Audit Manager.

III. Job requirements:

• University graduated, major in Finance, accounting/auditing or related field.
• Have at least 2-4 years of audit experiences, retail/supermarket experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English and computer office skills.
• Outgoing, good communication skills in dealing with internal contacts.
• Good at organizing, problem solving; quality, detail and action oriented.
• Be able to work independently and under pressure; willing to travel.
• Skills: presentation and writing skills, integrity, independence, confidentiality and judgement
