I. Job Summary:  

To deliver support to Operations Department to achieve efficient results and adhere to Policies and Procedures of Company.

II. Job accountabilities:

• Assisting to coordinate with HR and Training Departments to handle staff arrangement, training, staff allocation and others regarding store staff.
• Assisting to follow up all benefits for store staff: Incentive, allowance, promotion…based on Operations KPI.
• Assisting Operations Managers in managing all programs and training courses.
• Collecting all Memo of Ops, prepare memos minutes.
• Assisting the administrator with the day-to-day operations.
• Preparing regular & various reports (daily, weekly, monthly) based on demand of the management team
• Compiling presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases
• Consolidation of purchase order from the stores & transfer to appropriate departments.
• Serving as the communication channel between the stores and related departments to update the information and solve simple scale problems.
• Assisting to check & follow up the status of pending problems with stores and related departments.
• Assisting in coordination and setup of new stores: purchase order, supporting tools, staff…
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

III. Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a retail environment
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office program.
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude.
• Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
• Able to work long, irregular hours.
• Ability to learn & follow instructions.
