I. ­­­­­­­­­­Job Purpose:

• QA supervisor must ensure all Food Service products in compliance with Circle K Vietnam standard and Vietnam law requirements.
• QA supervisor must ensure operation processing related to Food Service products in compliance with food safety.

II. Job Description:

Stores Audit

• Make QA inspection plan and supervise all QA inspections at stores in compliance with plan and Circle K Vietnam standard monthly.
• Check and investigate root causes of issues related to quality overall, and issues that cause unsafety of Food Service products.
• Review, evaluate and make effective suggestion for Food Service SOP.
• Evaluate, remind, and make suggestion for issues that cause unsafety of Food Service products at stores.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure safe working environment, food safety of Food Service products at the store.

Audit & Training Planning

• Plan and perform training for QA new staff.
• Plan and perform training on quality awareness, quality control, analytical methods, food safety standards for relevant subjects.

Quality assurance of suppliers

• Coordinate with related department to ensure supplier supply all Food Service products, which must be following food safety, Circle K Vietnam standard, Vietnam law requirement.
• Conduct supplier audit plan and follow corrective action by suppliers.

Other tasks

• Coordinate with related departments to develop Food Service items.
• Control effectively of QA tools.
• Make and follow corrective action of QA report by weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Others requirement by directly supervisor.

III. Job Requirements:

• Graduated with food technology, biotechnology, chemistry background or related fields.
• Knowledge about HACCP, Iso 22000, BRC, GMP, 5S,
• Minimum 2-year experience in supervisor position in hospitality relating to food service, catering, fast food industry; quality assurance audit in manufacturing factory of FMCG / Food products. Retail knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• Experienced in food service/fast food operation. Good management skill, critical thinking, presentation skill, problem solving.
• High sense of responsibility, customer service oriented, detailed, demanding for perfection, positive & quick in action. Good teamwork spirit.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
