I.­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Job Purpose:  

• Lead the Business Development team to achieve the given target with New Services listed in and Advertising sales income obtained.
• Make Circle K to be the leader in CVS Services range and innovations as well as the first choice for the suppliers to go with for any new CVS services/ business collaboration opportunities in town.

II.Job accountabilities;

• Strategically and creatively develop the Services range and Advertising sales in Circle K through yearly planning
• Continuously keep in touch with business partners for networking as well as to explore new opportunities in Services and Advertising potential for Circle K
• Look for ways to improve income for Circle K through additional Services items and Advertising sales deals at all times
• Manage Service’s performance on different fronts: Revenue, Income, Customer/ Partner satisfaction, System adaptation…
• Maintain, monitor, evaluate performance of Partners on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in order to identify long-term cooperation strategy scoping with the company growth
• Coordinate with Partner on marketing plan including promotion, communication, partnership activities (2 or multi-parties) to assure continuous growth of services
• Proactively analyze the market, industry, competitors and customer trends to identify and recommend actions to enhance and grow the category to oversee new market initiatives
• Oversee Service system (Server, SAP, POS) together with IT but from Business point of view for continuous improvement as well as suggestion on future development
• Coordinate with other teams within Brand Experience and New Retail Department for any new business development in order to enhance Customer’s experience in Circle K

III.Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Master degree or overseas education is an advantage
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FINTECH, Advertising, Business Development, Sales, Key Account or related fields.
• Retail knowledge and good understanding about Retail System is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, presentation and negotiation in Vietnamese and English
• Creative, up to date, open to new ideas, high technology literacy is preferred
• Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and excellent in Excel
• Business minded, aggressive, high level of integrity and leadership, detailed, decisive, responsibility and commitment. Able to work independently and in a team

Note:

• Services include Fintech (E-Wallet, Mobile Money, Money collection, Loan and Disbursement,…), Leasing (ATM, VTM,…) and other categories: ticketing, photo taking booth, battery charging, toy machine…..
• Advertising include: in-store channel (POSM, LCD, Wifi MKT, Audio Ads) and online channel (Circle K Website, Web App and App)
