I. Job Purpose:  

• Responsible for the daily operations and planning of DC/DR Site, focusing on
• Core network and system.

• Supporting line manager to manage the day to day IT activities.
• A supplemental resource would handle IT services and infrastructure.

II. Job accountabilities:

• Monitor, manage the WAN, Internet bandwidth utilization, and speed. Take proactive actions to maintain network performance, ensure the network connections of HO, Branches, Shops, Warehouses (WAN, Internet, VPN, …) are running smoothly.
• Design, set up, and configure servers according to technical design requirements. Maintain servers, DC/DR, Cloud environments (AWS) to ensure performance and availability.
• Be an admin role in the management of user ID, authorization in all infrastructure and security systems.
• Provide level 2 support for internal IT teams/end users about infrastructure, security, network, …
• Be executive for the IT infrastructure & security approved plan within a high quality, on time, in scope.
• Training IT infrastructure & security aspects for IT Team, users of all departments if needed.
• Conduct research, make recommendations to IT Infrastructure and Support Manager on IT infrastructure development, optimization.
• Working with third-party infrastructure IT vendors to research, develop and deploy, set up for key Infrastructure (systems, networks, and security) of the company.
• Be responsible for internet accounts, public domain management.
• Be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of infrastructure and security solutions.
• Develop, maintain the team’s procedures and reference documentation. Ensure that technical/configuration documents are always up-to-date.
• Propose a plan for the maintenance of IT infrastructure and security devices every year.
• Report periodically to the Infrastructure and Support Manager on Infrastructure & Security development, also for risk management.
• Be responsible for ensuring infrastructure hardware and systems in DC/DR (Server, Storage, Router, Switch, UPS, Windows AD, Office 365, VMware, Linux OS, VoIP System, Backup system, …) and security systems (Firewall, IPS, Antivirus, …) are running smoothly.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Infrastructure and Support Manager.

III. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. 
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the IT Infrastructure field.
• Experience on Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, WINS, VPN.
• Experienced on PBX switchboard and telephone system, VoIP solutions.
• Experienced in firewall, security policy configuration.
• Have excellent knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP and good knowledge of Web, Cloud services.
• Have good analytical skills, time management skills, good problem-solving skills, and honesty.
• Understanding of production and business processes to be able to participate in consulting solutions for the businesses.
• Have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and the ability to proactively identify problems/ circumvent roadblocks to deliver solutions on time.
• Candidates who have worked in the multi-site environment are a plus.
• Candidates who have SAP knowledge, Cloud services are a plus.
