I. ­­­­­­­­­­Job Summary:

• To issue invoice related to sales & service income; record sales in system; control deposit money of stores to make sure all are followed up completely, recorded exactly, timely and observing policy, Tax law & accounting law.

II. Job Accountabilities:

• Support Sales & Deposit Supervisor in preparing daily sales report and daily cash deposit report
• Follow up and issue VAT invoices for customer and record entries in the accounting software
• Follow up goods return, issue return invoice & record entry into system
• Contact store or supplier to solve issue related to invoices and collection of money
• Follow up on issuing Gift Voucher number & create them in system, recording expense or income related to Gift voucher
• Internal support for other teams such as Marketing, Operations and Site Development department
• Work with other related departments to resolve issues
• Work with external related authorities such as Tax Office, External Auditor, Banks
• Follow up on registering invoice with tax & report used invoices quarterly
• Arrange & file invoice, documents
• Support Sales & Deposit Supervisor in other areas

III. Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional accounting qualifications
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and accounting systems/software
• Spoken and written English skills are essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude
• Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
• Able to work long and irregular hours.
