I.Job Purpose:  

• In charge of Services and Advertising system-related tasks in order to develop, maintain the system’s efficiency, as well as resolve the system’s issue, reporting directly to Senior Business Development Manager
• Support the Daily operation of system-related Services: E-wallet, Cash-in/out and other FINTECH services, dotted line to Assistant Business Development Manager – Service Operation (SO)

II. Job accountabilities;

• Coordinate with New Project Development (NPD) team and Partners to develop system concept (API working flow, SOP, BCP), based on business needs when listing new service
• Work closely with IT team to manage working timeline and ensure to deliver technical result (API, system update, trouble shooting, LCD & Wifi MKT system), supporting Service/ Advertising launch
• Arrange and conduct technical test for new project (UAT, pre-launch, post-launch) and provide technical support for existing Services / Advertising when needed
• Follow up and evaluate system performance periodically to provide continuous improvement and initiatives
• Represent BD Department in all NSO projects: control BD checklist, conduct on-site checking, provide instant support on field to related teams (IT, OPs, CP,…)
• Support the Daily operation of system-related Services (E-wallet, Cash-in/out and other FINTECH services): Performance analysis, Contract renewal,…
• Ad hoc jobs assigned by direct/ dotted-line superior when needed

III.Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Master degree or overseas education is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Services/Business Development, IT or related fields. Retail and FINTECH knowledge is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills & communication in both Vietnamese and English
• Creative, up to date, open to new ideas, high technology literacy is preferred
• Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and excellent in Excel
• Business minded, aggressive, high level of integrity and leadership, detailed, decisive, responsibility and commitment. Able to work independently and in a team
