I. ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Job Purpose:  

Support Fixed Asset Supervisor on controlling fixed assets based on company policy and Vietnam government’s regulation

II. Job accountabilities;

• Ensure assets are labeled in full and right position at office and stores
• Follow up closely that fixed assets transferring note must be approved by OM when moving fixed assets from one place to another
• Accrue fixed assets to make sure depreciation expense is reasonable in P/L of each store
• Record depreciation expense in P/L to be reasonable in the current using fixed assets by store and office
• Break down all the details for assets from the journals posted by AP or other related people
• Check fixed assets regularly to ensure the list of fixed assets match current position at stores and office
• Calculate the depreciation expense based on group policy and tax policy
• Support Fixed Asset Supervisor to conduct asset-taking
• Update insurance list to Insurance Company when increasing and decreasing by store
• Follow up insurance policy closely and prepare renew insurance policy
• Updating regularly tax issues and VAS
• Ad- hoc tasks are assigned based on management requirement

III. Job requirements:

• University graduated, major in accounting, audit or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Good knowledge on related Vietnam regulations
• Good at organizing, problem solving; quality, detail and action oriented.
• Good command on M.S office program especially spreadsheets and accounting system or software
• Able to work independently, high pressure
• Able to manage and support the staffs
• Good spoken and written English
